“Many of my clients would agree that what they look for in a counselor is someone who "has been there themselves." They also look for someone that has the education and experience to successfully assist them. I have that combination of personal experiences and solid educational background. I too have experienced many of life's obstacles and have survived them. My goal is to help people feel better, empower them to cope with problems, and improve relationships. I specialize in helping people live more productive lives through positive thinking, and taking control of their own destiny.

I believe to be healthy you must be balanced, mentally, physically and spiritually. Using proven techniques and a special blend of humor, I can help you realize your dreams and be a healthier person.
